These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kangaroo Taxis Taxi Meter App (“App”) provided by Kangaroo Taxis (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The App is intended for licensed drivers only. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license and, if applicable, the necessary permits to operate a taxi or ride-hailing service in your jurisdiction.
Drivers are required to create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including personal and vehicle documents, as required for verification and authentication purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your information, including location data, driver documents, and notifications.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kangaroo Taxis makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its services. You use the App at your own risk.
Kangaroo Taxis is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, GPS inaccuracies, or fare discrepancies.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or unsafe activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the App’s account deletion procedures.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published in the App with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
